Oh what a trial is the sinful shaft,
The expulsion and eruption of the yang,
And the terrible yin stay...
It’s Springtime, and I am twitterpated!
when our dreams
have all headed
south
when the memories we held tight
against our chest
only remain as tattered
remnants
when...
I became trapped in a pixilated universe—
a virtual reality, I invested in a world
of people I couldn’t see or touch, but
I...
I never knew a love than that of Time and Space.
The two of them hold a love for each other few could even fathom,
From every kiss and embrace,
They become more entwined with one another,
Separate and yet inseparable,
The passion in their carnal embrace was the birth of fusion,
And with every motion and caress did shockwaves of energy burst,
Filling one another physically and spiritually,
Down to a quantum level.
Time and Space’s love was so great,
That they neglected the world,
For it was insignificant compared to what was shared between them,
Time and Space had a love so great between them,
That they ascended into a higher state,
A plane for just the two of them,
And in their sharing their bond they became more interwoven,
Making our very universe from their love.
We live in an infinite world of love,
Created by the two ultimate lovers,
And yet we deny it and betray Time and Space,
Instead of honoring them,
By simply loving.
You have to keep calm,
Keep strong through all that may come,
Your time will arise.
No sense putting things off any more,
I know that it is coming,
And no matter what I do,
It is going to happen.
So with what little time is left,
I may come calling upon you,
Giving you one last taste of me,
So I can continue in memory.
And when all debts are paid,
When all friends are prepared to mourn,
I will take one last heavy sigh,
And step bravely to my death.
Destroy my mind and let me float,
Upon clouds of time and space.
Free me from the worries of the world,
And from this fleshy soul-case.
Make me into the esper,
That my soul so rightly resembles,
Undo me, unmake me,
To all but my spirit, disassemble.
For I can’t bear to live,
In such a contradictory way.
So if my physical nature is denied,
I’d rather just throw it away.
I sit and sigh in this dreadful place,
Frittering my time away,
Try as I might to raise and leave,
I am forced to sit and stay.
I sit and sigh, bored out of my mind,
While supposed knowledge flies by,
The room is full of such sheparded souls,
None of them questioning why.
They chat and murmur amongst themselves,
Frittering their time away,
Not a lot of time in the mortal coil,
But they have nothing to say.
Whilst sitting at my computer today,
An odd thing happened to me.
I was accosted by a person,
But that wasn’t the sight to see.
The person that attacked me,
Was a future version of myself.
And it’s indeed quite a sensation,
To be struck by oneself.
He strode through the door,
And punched me square in the face.
Muttered “Wanker,” under his breath,
And left in a poof of time and space.
I quickly recovered from the assault,
But it left a question in me.
What grievous error had I made,
To so infuriate the future me?
So your head is full of lightning,
No need to fret at all,
We’re all just full of fighting,
So just use your new electric brain,
And fight on,
Don’t ever back down,
You’ve got stakes way to high,
So fight on,
Don’t look at what’s gone,
And just ride on.
Ride on shooting star,
Take me far away from here,
I don’t rightly belong,
In this domain of space.
So your mind is full of lust now,
It’s just part of being Man,
Just balance your virginity on a guitar string,
And pluck away until it’s gone,
Don’t be ashamed,
It’s just a chain,
Locking you to ideas,
Made of rock that,
Try to seal you,
Down on the ground.
So ride on shooting star,
Take me far away from here,
I don’t rightly belong,
In this domain of space.
So your mind is just an eagle,
Locked in a canary cage.
Have you thought of rocking it?
Instead of seething inside with your rage,
And consumes your days,
And what’s with age?
It just chisels away,
At your mind,
And then in time,
You’re not yourself.
So ride on shooting star,
Take me far away from here,
I don’t rightly belong,
In this domain of space.
So ride on shooting star,
Let’s sail far away,
I don’t want to be gone,
But I just want to be free,
From all of life….
